For holidays costing under £500

A deposit cheque to Ann Kanter of £100 confirms the booking

For holidays costing over £500

A deposit cheque to Ann Kanter of £200 confirms the booking.

Balances are due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits will be returned minus £25 administration fee with 4 or more months notice. Alternatively the deposit can be re-applied to a new booking with no penalties.

If holidays are cancelled after receipt of balance, every attempt will be made to re-sell the holiday. If the holiday is re-sold, the balance will then be returned minus £50 administration fee.

 If the holiday is not re-sold alternative dates for up to one year from time of cancellation (with no penalties) can be negotiated.
